Офицеры, к которы в результате аварии обратилисть соседи, чьи машины были разбиты, сообщили, что в доме находятся дети, которые подвергались насилию в квартире. Затем полиция осмотрела дом, и обнаружили дипломата, который был под влиянием веществ.
Посколькуженщину госпитализировали, а мужчина был в угрожающем для детей состоянии мужчина был арестован.
Бородин сказал чиновникам, после его ареста, что он является дипломатом и имеет дипломатический иммунитет.
Тем не менее, полиция решила забрать его под арест, в связи с угрозой для жизни детей четырех и двух лет от роду.

Car Accident
It now appears the case came to roll after the wife of the diplomat was involved in a car accident in Scheveningen . Saturday she lost control of the car and hit a parked car near their house . A total of four cars were damaged .
The paramedics decided that the woman should be taken to the hospital with possible neck and back injuries . The woman initially resisted against this. The woman probably had too much to drink .
Still she was transferred to the police station . According to a reporter from Regio15 , a local video news agency , agents present after the accident saw that the license plate of the car of the woman was in the name of the Russian Embassy .
Borodin also under the influence
The officers who were present after the accident were tipped of by neighbors of the woman that children were abused in the apartment. Then the agents took a look at the house , they found the diplomat who was also under the influence . There would have been of a threatening situation for the children and therefore the man was arrested .
Borodin told the officers after his arrest that he is a diplomat and therefore diplomatic immune. Nevertheless, the police decided to take to him the police station, because of the threatening situation for children four and almost two years old.
Netherlands examine whether the diplomatic immunity of the Rusian was indeed been violated . If so , Netherlands offers Russia apologize.
